Filmmaker Ivy Meeropol on Roy Cohn, Donald Trump, and her grandparents Julius and Ethel Rosenberg.  As part of The Write Connection’s continuing series of intimate conversations with contributors to Thoreau Farm’s book of essays, ‘What Would Henry Do?” filmmaker and writer Ivy Meeropol will be joined by her father, Michael Meeropol, to discuss her latest documentary, “Bully. Coward. Victim.: The Story of Roy Cohn.”

Meeropol is best known is best known for her 2004 film “Heir to An Execution,” about the legacy of her grandparents Julius and Ethel Rosenberg. In “Bully, Coward. Victim.,” she examines Cohn’s role in the execution of her grandparents; his being a mover and shaker in Republican politics; and a political mentor to Donald Trump.
